These terms govern access to Social Studio, a self-service content preparation and publishing product for brands, creators, and organizations. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and use only your own workspace. Each user is responsible for activity performed through their workspace and connected accounts.
2. Connected accounts and publishing
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for reviewing the selected account, audience, caption, media, disclosures, and privacy setting before confirming a post. A publish request may be delayed, rejected, or removed by the destination platform under its own rules.
3. Content responsibilities
- You must have the rights and permissions needed for every caption, image, video, sound, trademark, and personal likeness you publish.
- You must not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content.
- You must follow applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy, consumer-protection, and platform disclosure rules.
4. Third-party services
Social Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Platform authorization does not guarantee app verification, public-post eligibility, processing completion or continued API availability. Review the actual platform result before treating a post as published.
The service connects to TikTok, YouTube, Meta products, and other social platforms, and may rely on infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. Social Studio does not control their availability, review decisions, or API changes.
5. Availability and security
We may change, suspend, or restrict the service to maintain security, comply with law, or protect connected accounts. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and publishing is not guaranteed to succeed at a particular time.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when a user creates a security risk, violates these terms, or misuses a connected platform. Users may stop using the service and disconnect or revoke any social account at any time.
